Saucy Whatever

this is the 2014 starter of Crussifix Cafe.

Menu for today

Saucy Whatever

"Saucy Whatever" (named by Sir Snow)









ingredients

5 cloves of garlic (minced)
1 onions (minced)
1 green bell pepper (chopped into strips)
salt
pepper (powdered not grind)
3 pork and beans
1 can of green peas
1 small pack of tomato sauce
1/4 kilo of dwarf sausage (chopped into four)
3 medium sized potatoes
oil
water
bay leaf (laurel)
vinegar and fish sauce (patis)

procedure :

1. saute garlic, onion, and bell pepper.
2. add pork and beans, and green peas. Pour the tomato sauce then add water. Let it simmer for few minutes then add potatoes and sausage.
3. Add 1 tbsp of vinegar and fish sauce (patis) then let it boil until the potatoes turned soft.
4. add bay leaf and season with salt and pepper to taste.

why is it called "saucy whatever"? because you can change the quantity of the recipe depending on how much you want and change some ingredients like the sausages.
